• How can I shop on Filmifashion?

  Go to our Collection page, choose your size, and click Add to Cart.
  When you’re ready, go to Checkout and select your payment method (Online or Cash on Delivery).
  
  

• I tried placing an order but couldn’t. What should I do?

  No worries

  Email us at support@Filmifashion.com with your contact details and tell us what went wrong.

• How will I know my order is confirmed?

  You will receive a confirmation SMS or email once your order is placed successfully.
  If you don’t receive it within 1 hour, please contact us.
  
  

• Can I send an order as a gift?

  Yes

  Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll deliver it there.
  
  

• What are the shipping charges?
  • Within India: ₹79 shipping charge (or as shown at checkout depending on your order).
  • International Orders: Charges depend on country and weight.

• I forgot my password. What should I do?

• Why is my account blocked?

  Please send a screenshot of the issue to support@Filmifashion.com, and we’ll help you reactivate it.
  
  

• How do I track my order?

  Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email.
  You can also track your order using your AWB or Order Number on our Track Order page.
  
  

• Can I cancel my order?

  Yes, but only before dispatch.

• Can I change my address after placing an order?

  No, you cannot change the address once order is confirmed.

• Can I choose delivery date or time?

  Currently, we don’t offer fixed delivery time slots.

• What does “RTO” mean?

  RTO (Return to Origin) means the order was not delivered and is being returned to us.
  This usually happens due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer not reachable
  • Delivery service issue
